Chaque ann\u00e9e, environ 25 000 chefs d\u2019exploitations agricoles quittent leur profession, c\u00e9dant en moyenne une exploitation de 55 hectares. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\ud83d\udc49\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/taa\/1.5\/16\/1f449.png\">La comp\u00e9tition des usages du foncier augmente la pression sur les surfaces agricoles et les prix des terres. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\ud83d\udc49\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/taa\/1.5\/16\/1f449.png\">La pr\u00e9vision de d\u00e9part en retraite du tiers des exploitants agricoles d\u2019ici 2023 induit un risque \u00e9volutions des march\u00e9s fonciers, \u00e0 travers la r\u00e9novation des outils existants pour lutter contre la concentration des exploitations sous forme soci\u00e9taire et
